Ariel Adams| Administrative Assistant

 

 

Ariel joined the IVODGA team February of 2025 as the Administrative Assistant, bringing more than 10 years of customer service experience to support daily operations and enhance the experience of both members and staff. She plays a key role in keeping IVODGA running smoothly by managing a broad range of administrative functions, including database management, invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.

In her day-to-day role, Ariel handles incoming calls, processes book orders and meeting registrations, assists with membership updates and processing, and maintains IVODGA’s online book shops. Known for her strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail, she consistently supports efficient operations and high levels of member satisfaction.

Outside of work, Ariel likes to watch movies, read best-selling novels, and enjoy spending time outdoors.
